RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At Happy Travelers, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


30-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and unworn

  • In original condition

  • In original packaging with tags attached

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)


How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at:

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • The reason for return

  • Photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions, including the return address.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive:

  • A damaged item

  • A defective product

  • The wrong item

Contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will either:

  • Send a replacement at no additional cost, or

  • Issue a full refund

We may request photos to verify the issue.


Return Shipping Costs

  • For non-defective returns (change of mind, wrong size, etc.), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • For defective or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping or send a replacement at no additional cost.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Inspection time: 1–3 business days

  • Refund processing time: 3–7 business days

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Please note that banks and card providers may take an additional 5–10 business days to post the refund.


Order Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly. If you need to cancel an order, contact us immediately.

We cannot guarantee cancellation if the order has already been processed or shipped. If shipped, the order must be returned according to this policy.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Items showing signs of wear or damage not caused by us

  • Perishable goods

  • Hazardous materials or flammable items

European Union Customers

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing a reason.

Items must be returned unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
