We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we'll make it right.
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
If the item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.
If you are returning for a personal reason (changed mind, ordered wrong size, etc.), return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Contact us within 14 days of delivery at citydreamrep@gmail.com. Include your order number and the reason for the return.
Wait for our response. We will review your request and reply within 1–2 business days with instructions. Do not ship items back without approval.
Ship the item back using the instructions provided. If the return is due to a defect, we will email you a prepaid shipping label.
Receive your refund or exchange. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5–7 business days.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
We are happy to exchange items for a different size or variant, subject to availability. Please follow the same process above and indicate that you would like an exchange rather than a refund.
