At Happy Travelers, we are committed to providing clear and transparent shipping information so you know exactly what to expect when placing an order.


1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

  • Orders placed after business hours may be processed the following business day.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.


2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

  • United States

  • Canada

  • United Kingdom

  • Australia

  • Select international destinations

Available shipping options will be displayed at checkout based on your delivery address.


3. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on destination and selected shipping method.

United States

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (if available): 3–7 business days

International Orders

  • Estimated delivery: 7–15 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier issues, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

  • Orders over $100 USD may qualify for free standard shipping (where applicable).

  • Orders below this amount will be charged based on destination and selected shipping method.

We do not add hidden handling fees.


5. Customs Duties and Import Taxes

For international shipments:

  • Customs duties, import taxes, or local fees may be charged by your country.

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We do not control or estimate these fees.


6. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.

You can track your shipment using the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

7. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.

If an order is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Refusal to pay customs duties

The customer may be responsible for reshipping costs.


8. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery).

We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.


9. Delays Outside Our Control

While we aim to meet estimated delivery times, we are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Customs clearance

  • Natural events

  • Incorrect address information
